VynAI provides AI-powered tools and services for Unreal Engine development, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and credit allocations. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our prices with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Credits

  • Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Additional credits can be purchased separately
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use automated systems to access our services without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

VynAI and its licensors retain all rights to our services, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or trademarks.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide our services.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI services is provided for your use in accordance with your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. API Usage

If you access our services via API, you agree to:

  • Keep your API keys confidential
  • Not exceed rate limits or quota restrictions
  • Follow our API documentation and best practices
  • Not use the API in ways that could harm our services or users

We may suspend or revoke API access for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYNAI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VynAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or generate using our services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
